When to see an Orthodontist?

Orthodontic treatment is available to patients of all ages.
In accordance with the American Association of Orthodontists, we recommend that children have their first orthodontic evaluation by the age of 7.
With early evaluation and diagnosis, children can achieve optimal orthodontic results. Early treatment provides a range of benefits and often means that a patient can avoid surgery or other serious complications.
There is, of course, no age limit for orthodontic treatment as both children and adults benefit from orthodontics. As such, our office accommodates orthodontic patients of all ages.

How About That Smile!

I used to get made fun of, for my crooked teeth, and it really damaged my self-confidence. I was actually excited when I heard I was getting braces!
Overall, I couldn't ask for a better Orthodontist. My teeth were in good hands. Everyone was friendly, answered all my questions, and actually cared about my smile.
I've had a great experience and my teeth are beautiful! Everyone I know keeps telling me that I shine confidence now through my smile. That is the best compliment I could ever receive. Thank you Hoffman and Wolk Orthodontics!
~ Katie S.

I started my treatment because I wanted straighter teeth. I didn't think it was worth it at first, because it hurt and I was a bit self-conscious. But now that I have finished my treatment, I don't regret anything.I have a more confident smile and learned how to take care of teeth. Thanks to this great staff!

Keep your smile clean & shiny with braces

When To Brush
It is important to brush after every meal and before bedtime (2-3 times a day for approximately 3-5 minutes). If brushing can’t be accomplished after a meal, a rinse with water will suffice until you can get to a toothbrush.
A good tooth brushing technique is very important. In fact, one patient using an effective method may have a better result in a shorter period of time than a patient using an ineffective method in a longer period of time.

Example of Good Oral Hygiene: teeth and brackets are free from plaque and food, and the gums are healthy and pink.

The braces are off, the comments are in!

Getting braces here was quite a pleasant experience, certainly not what I would have expected for braces. The staff was very friendly, and made me feel comfortable.
Proceedings / Tightenings with the braces were nearly pain-free, as well as with the removal of them.My teeth look extremely good.( At least from my point of view) Thank you so much to the Orthodontic team here and especially Dr.Wolk. I will certainly recommend this office to all my friends. ~ James

I found the treatment great, at times it was uncomfortable with the braces, and flossing took ages, but the way my teeth have shaped up is amazing. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and the care and attention being put into the work is amazing! ~ Drew
